All purchases and enrolments made through external program pages are final. No refunds are provided once payment is completed, unless otherwise explicitly stated on the respective checkout page.
1. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our coaching services and digital program content, all sales are final. Once payment has been processed and access to a program or service has been granted, we do not offer refunds, transfers, or credits, unless explicitly stated in the terms of the specific program at the point of purchase.
2. External Checkout Pages
Some programs and services are processed through external checkout platforms. If a specific program page mentions a different refund or cancellation policy, the terms stated on that checkout page will apply and take precedence over this general policy.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare and documented exceptional circumstances — such as a medical emergency — refund requests may be considered at the sole discretion of Avani's Bliss Club. To raise such a request, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase with relevant documentation.
4. Program Transfers
Program enrolments are non-transferable and cannot be gifted or assigned to another individual unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by Avani's Bliss Club.
